Wendy Perry
Wendy Perry is the Principal Owner and Co-Founder of KATALIS, leading a team of consultants and human performance experts to coach executives and develop future leaders.
With over 22 years of global experience as a Registered Nurse and U.S. Army Officer, Wendy’s diverse background spans clinical care, human resources, and education. She holds a BSN from Prairie View A&M University, and a MS degree from the University of Maryland with post-Master’s certificates in Teaching in Nursing and Health Professions, and Health Services Leadership and Management, along with certifications in executive coaching, women’s leadership, and diversity from top institutions.
An active community leader, Wendy has served on numerous boards and currently sits as a Trustee for the Columbia County Board of Education Foundation. Married for 26 years with two daughters, she and her husband also co-lead marriage ministry through “The Marriage Shop,” a weekly live broadcast on Facebook and YouTube.
Liz Ponder
With over 26 years of dedicated service in the financial industry, Liz Ponder currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at SRP Federal Credit Union.
Known for her inspiring leadership and empowering approach, Liz encourages individuals to take ownership of their personal and professional journeys.
Beyond her role at SRP, Liz actively contributes to several boards across North Carolina, South Carolina, and the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA), further demonstrating her commitment to community engagement and development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a Certified Credit Union Executive, showcasing her expertise and dedication to her profession.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Liz values her time with family and enjoys gardening. She finds joy in nurturing both her loved ones and her green spaces.


Reverend Kimberly E. Dunn
The Reverend Kimberly E. Dunn is the Associate Rector of Saint Paul’s Church in Augusta, Georgia. Her expertise in Community Bridge-Building, Outreach, and Pastoral Care in the CSRA is dynamic and impactful. She is an active member of Women in Philanthropy, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., has served on several task forces for racial justice and DEI, and an advocate for Mental Health. She has been in education for 30 years in both public and private institutions and a university professor.
Kimberly serves on the Board of Trustees for The Augusta Museum of History and the Byllesby Center. She was introduced to Augusta with a television appearance on The Parade of Quartets with Karlton Howard, WLCZ 98.7 FM Worship and Word Station with Michael Cooper, and recognized as a Woman To Watch by Dee Griffin WBJF Channel 6 News-Augusta. She is a published author and editor and is a transformative speaker on various topics that empower, inspire, motivate, enrich.

The event is scheduled for April 5, 2025, located at the Augusta Richmond County Public Library, Main Branch, Rooftop/Boardroom on the 3rd Floor -823 Telfair St., Augusta, GA 30901

Attendees can look forward to an empowering brunch, a keynote speaker, a panel discussion featuring accomplished women, and opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals.
What should I wear?
We recommend professional or business attire—dress to impress! Feel free to incorporate the event colors pink, purple, and turquoise.
